Positive Behavioral Connections, Inc. is seeking an experienced BCBA for the position of Case Manager. The Case Manager assesses, designs, and oversees Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) home and clinic based programs for children diagnosed with autism. They are responsible for maintaining quality and consistency of each program to ensure it is delivered most effectively. This person will be responsible for clinical supervision, training, support, and evaluation of behavior therapists and the ABA programs. Each supervisor works collaboratively with PBC’s Directors to develop goals, make recommendations, analyze data, and refine ongoing programs in accordance with the methodologies of ABA and PBC’s clinical philosophy.The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years experience implementing in-home and/or clinic based services to children on the autism spectrum applying principles of applied behavior analysis and verbal behavior.

Requirements
• BCBA certification
• Knowledge and experience with applying principles of ABA for skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• Experience conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, FBA, ABLLS-R
• Strong skills in the area of leadership, mentorship, communication, writing, and collaboration

ABA Therapist

We have openings for ABA therapists to work 1:1 with students with an Autism diagnosis in the child’s homes and in our clinic.We prefer an applicant who either has a minimum of 1-year experience implementing ABA programs. The ideal candidate would be pursuing his or her certification as a BCBA or BCaBA. Applicants must have a minimum of a Bachlor’s degree in a related field (ABA, Psychology, Child Developement, Special Education, Speech Pathology etc.).We provide in-home services based on the principles of Verbal Behavior and Applied Behavior Analysis to children ages 2-12. Skills that are worked on include but are not limited to: language and communication building, play skills, adaptive living skills, and toilet training. All therapists are supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a weekly basis. This role requires a high-degree of self-discipline as a supervisor is not always on-site. Employees are expected to arrive on time, remain professional and positive with the child and families at all times and communicate clearly with his or her supervisor should any issue or concerns arise.
